Shipping

Most items are shipped via USPS priority or Express Mail. Occasionally items may be sent via UPS. Shipping cost includes insuring the items for their full value.

Returns

Victory offers a full 14 day return privilege on all non bullion related items, excluding shipping costs provided if; The item is returned in its original undamaged holder. The item’s return postmark is within 14 days of receipt.
